Exactly. All the media houses talk about content and content strategy all the time, because they think content is king and that content alone will create audiences for them. Guess what? It doesn’t work that way.
Here’s a PR-rule-of-thumb:
For every dollar you spend on content creation, spend a dollar on community management. Simple as that.
